Cogitation!!!

We are where we are, because of our thoughts in the past.
Thoughts become things.
We consciously or subconsciously always think about something. The problem is that we usually think more about things we don’t want, than about the things we want. It doesn’t matter if we want or don’t want something, we’ll get what we mostly think about......

" Chala Jaata Hoon Hansta-Khelta Mauje-Hawadiss,
Gar Sirf Aasaniyan hoo to Zindagi Dushwaar Ho Jaye"

5. I don’t trust gals….they always think 100 things at a time. But I still respect the gender.

8. I have a weird habit of making time-table and never following them.

There's always a thin line between Beleive and Faith. Truely speaking , I have never tasted faith. But I do beleive the supreme power. The reason behind this is that I hardly have faith, but yeah I do beleive in my self.

Mein iss duniya ko aksar dekh kar hairan hota hoon,
Khuda-ya tune kaise yeh Jahaan sara bana daala...??

The Art of Cooking!!!

It often surprise me when people say they intensely dislike cooking;  I wonder if it is because they think its too complicated or they are often in a hurry to get it all done with!!

Though something to keep us alive and well, cooking is, above all, an art and practice.
We give it our time and attention; we reveal in our tools- our ingredients and also our basic cooking implements.

The tangible elements of cooking food can be meditative. There is much to be aware of and enjoy - The gentle rinsing of rice in a cool water, the regular action of slicing an onion, the bursting freshness of a ripe tomato. There is also the vital greenness of fresh herbs, the heady fragnence of dried ones , the Hiss and splutter of tempering hot oil, the tangy scent while squeezing a lemon, the subtle aroma while peeling a cucumber.........
